Responsibilities
- Manage emails and communication on behalf of clients
- Organize calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements
- Perform data entry, online research, and basic admin tasks
- Support customer service needs as assigned
- Prepare presentations and documents as needed
- Collaborate with clients to deliver efficient virtual support
- Respond to client requests within one business day
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Proficiency with word-processing and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
- Experience with scheduling management software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
