Schedule
Full-time, remote. Office-hours phone and messaging triage support as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Serve as the first line for clinical calls and messages within established guidelines and protocols
⦁ Administer injections and medications as needed
⦁ Provide direct care for minor check-in visits and lab draws when required
⦁ Educate patients and provide supporting paperwork and instructions
⦁ Support clinic visits and assist the care team as appropriate based on training
⦁ Back up Medical Assistants to support clinic flow when needed
⦁ Maintain logs, assist with room cleaning, and support instrument sterilization
⦁ Obtain and transcribe medical records and handle additional workflow tasks as needed
What You Need
⦁ Current certification as a Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
⦁ 2+ years of outpatient experience preferred
⦁ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
⦁ Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMRs
⦁ Lactation certification (IBCLC, CLC, CLE) preferred, not required
⦁ Bilingual skills preferred, especially Spanish (open to other languages)
