What’s a typical day as a Remote Sales Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer excellence and operational efficiency.
• Driving the creation, maintenance, and adherence to Business Rule and Order performance metrics for the assigned region.
• Serving as the primary interface between regional sales team members and Divisional HQ, supporting daily inventory needs for surgery demands within the assigned region.
• Coordinating inventory movement across the region and ensuring accurate transactional information is available through CRM and ERP platforms.
• Reviewing daily and weekly surgery demands, collaborating with CO Team members to ensure plans meet surgery requirements.
• Collaborating with CO Team Leaders to proactively resolve known inventory constraints.
• Communicating order status to stakeholders, overseeing the order fulfillment process, and identifying root causes and corrective actions for order issues.
• Training and developing knowledge of the Spine Product portfolio to accurately interpret customer needs and support the identification and measurement of KPIs for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Participating in documenting current processes and assisting in developing best practices for the Spine Divisions Commercial Operations Team.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a working knowledge of ERP and CRM Systems, with experience in JD Edwards, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Are proficient in MS Excel, with Power BI preferred.
• Have experience in orthopedic or medical devices (preferred).
• Possess strong communication and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to interact at different organizational levels and build effective relationships.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to define problems, communicate complex business analyses, and issues clearly and concisely.
• Have proven project management skills, from design through completion.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power BI).
