Headquartered in Plantation, FL, our team works remotely across multiple states to deliver accessible, compassionate support to clients navigating life-changing claims.
Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST (with one-hour lunch)
- Must reside in one of the following states: FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, or WV
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls via auto dialer from potential clients
- Explain representation documents clearly and patiently
- Guide clients step by step through electronic signature by text or email
- Document calls in the system to move to the next client efficiently
- Handle a high call volume with professionalism and persistence
What You Need
- Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Persuasive phone presence with the ability to help clients complete forms
- Tech savvy, able to walk non-tech-savvy clients through e-signature steps
- Professional, friendly telephone voice and patient demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Reliable attendance and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-call environment
