Job Description
A client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a QA Manager to help build out a QA team. Currently, the devs are doing their own unit testing. We are looking for someone to come in and initially be an individual contributor – you will be testing, working on efficiency, ensuring standards are in place and work closely with a newer Change/Release Manager on new processes and procedures. We need a strong communicator who has experience building out a QA team. This is remote but we would like someone who can work PST hours.

Required Skills & Experience
-6+ years of experience in IT QA
-3+ years in QA management – specifically must have experience building out a QA team
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with onshore and offshore teams
-Strong understanding of quality assurance standards/experience making processes more streamlined and efficient
-Ideally have supply chain experience
-Flexible with hours – willing to operate Mon-Fr 8am – 5pm pst

-Local to Southern CA
