Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role
- Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm EST
- Must reside in one of the following states: FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, or WV
What You’ll Do
- Receive inbound and outbound calls for potential disability clients
- Complete consultations and applications to confirm client eligibility
- Enter data accurately into the consultation and application system
- Perform general office duties (email, chat monitoring, document checks)
- Maintain strict client confidentiality
- Adapt to company needs and perform other related tasks
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s preferred)
- 2+ years of call center experience preferred (auto dialer experience a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Minimum typing speed: 35 WPM
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
