About the Position:
We’re looking for a customer service rockstar to join our remote support team! In the last year, The HOTH has more than doubled in size and we want to make sure we’re delivering the best service possible to our customers while having a great time doing it.
As a HOTH support agent, you will be the primary resource for getting customers answers to their inquiries and an important liaison between our customers and our production team.
Daily tasks include providing the best response or route for customer inquiries via Live Chat or email, providing industry-leading customer service, and supplying HOTH Culture to our customers via digital communication.
This is an entry-level, remote work position with one of the fastest-growing companies in the SEO & Internet Marketing space. We also offer multiple avenues for growth for HOTH within the company.
We will provide you with all the SEO and HOTH product training necessary to be successful in this role through a 2 week paid training period.
This is a full-time position with an expected regular schedule of 40 hours per week.
