Responsibilities
- Handle customer service requests through voice and non-voice channels
- Provide clear, professional communication to resolve issues quickly
- Assist with data entry, email responses, and troubleshooting as needed
- Collaborate with clients using CRM and communication tools
- Deliver an excellent customer experience that builds long-term trust
Requirements
- Prior experience as a customer service representative
- Proficiency with word-processing tools (Google Suite, MS Office, etc.)
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Experience using VOIP services
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
