Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote
- $16/hour + weekly bonus opportunities
- Standard Monday–Friday workweek (occasional flexibility required based on client needs)
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and provide clear, helpful information to clients
- Make outbound calls to deliver updates and address questions
- Navigate computer systems to locate customer data and provide accurate assistance
- Document client communications and updates in CRM software
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client concerns
- Maintain excellent service quality and consistently meet performance targets
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate typing and math skills
- Experience in customer service; collections or FDCPA knowledge a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
