What You’ll Do
- Process medical record release requests using Verisma software
- Organize and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations
- Ensure HIPAA compliance while providing excellent customer service
What You Need
- High school diploma (some college preferred)
- 2+ years of medical record or clerical/office experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
- Knowledge of HIPAA/state regulations preferred
- Ability to work independently and with strong attention to detail
