This one’s less “support tickets” and more “run the coaching ecosystem.” You’re basically the operator and relationship glue for their network of Certified Coaches (experienced home service pros) who deliver Housecall Pro’s Business Coaching programs.

Straight-no-chaser fit check:
- If you like organizing people who don’t report to you (contractor-style), running systems, and keeping a community engaged while driving measurable outcomes, this is a strong role.
- If you hate herding cats, living in spreadsheets, or being accountable for utilization/performance without direct authority, it’ll be frustrating.
Quick action step: if you’re applying, your strongest angle is “I’ve managed distributed contributors and improved utilization/quality through onboarding + playbooks + feedback loops.” If you want, paste your resume bullets and I’ll tailor a tight “contractor network + coaching ops” pitch for the application.
