Full-time, remote (United States).
Cross-functional, fast-moving environment balancing day-to-day execution with continuous program improvement.
Compensation includes base plus a 15% variable component.

What You’ll Do

⦁ Oversee operational coordination of the Certified Coach network across coaching programs
⦁ Track coach utilization and capacity, ensuring assignments align with enrollment and program needs
⦁ Recruit new Certified Coaches from the existing Pro customer base
⦁ Lead onboarding experiences that set coaches up for success from day one
⦁ Maintain clean records for coach assignments, availability, and performance
⦁ Run ongoing communication and engagement across the coach network
⦁ Organize monthly masterminds to build community and knowledge sharing
⦁ Monitor feedback from Pros and coaches to identify program improvements
⦁ Partner cross-functionally to keep coaches updated on goals, changes, and program expectations
⦁ Use program data to recommend enhancements to training, coach experience, and customer outcomes

What You Need

⦁ 3–5 years experience in program management, customer success, operations, or enablement
⦁ Experience supporting independent contractors or distributed contributor networks
⦁ Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (product, marketing, ops)
⦁ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
⦁ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
⦁ Comfort facilitating virtual group discussions or trainings
⦁ Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and operate well in ambiguity
