Job Summary

Looking for a challenge? Paycor is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to drive engagement and maximize revenue growth through our key technology partnerships.

As the strategic relationship owner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth through collaborative efforts. You will focus on increasing partner adoption and ensuring alignment between organizations, owning a portfolio of Paycor’s relationships.

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in developing the growth strategy for the current portfolio of partnerships, evaluating opportunities and ensuring that Paycor is providing our partners with a best-in-class customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop joint marketing campaigns, co-selling initiatives, and other strategies to drive revenue growth.

In addition, you will be the main point of contact for all partnership-related inquiries and issues, maintaining accurate records of all activities and communications. You will also monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive a successful two-way relationships with our highest-performing partners that grow revenue and the customer experience with a portfolio of Paycor partners.
  • Create the growth strategy for the current portfolio of partnerships, evaluate opportunities and ensure that Paycor is providing our a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Lead contract and pricing negotiations during renewal process for our largest and most established partnerships.
  • Establish Paycor as the partner’s preferred platform to support in-product integrations for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Identify gaps in the partner program and contribute to scalable solutions to fill them.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Paycor to help grow our relationships including Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Implementation, Service and Product.
  • Promote sales team product awareness, focus and product knowledge by participating in in-market learning and development sessions.
  • Develop a process to proactively communicate wins and opportunities with key relationships to drive higher growth and an improved customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, serving as the main point of contact for all partnership-related inquiries and proactively addressing opportunities and issues.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through our partnerships, including joint marketing campaigns, co-selling initiatives, and other collaborative efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes for optimization.
  • Maintain accurate records of all partnership-related activities and communications.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new partnership opportunities that align with our business goals.
  • Knowledge of the B2B SaaS technology industry and the key players in the market.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual’s relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $60,000 – $105,000. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
