Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Must be flexible on schedule, including potential evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs require
What You’ll Do
- Conduct benefit investigations and support prior authorizations for patients and providers
- Assist physician offices with insurance forms and program applications
- Maintain accurate documentation in CareMetx systems
- Communicate with providers, payers, and pharmacies to resolve reimbursement issues
- Deliver excellent customer service and escalate concerns when necessary
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 1+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, insurance, physician’s office, or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of pharmacy and medical benefits, commercial and government payers preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
