Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CST (mandatory, on-camera)
- Post-training: Flexible shifts within business hours
- Mon–Fri: 7:00am–8:00pm CST
- Requires a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace
- Company-provided equipment (high-speed hardwired internet required)
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve patient, physician, and caregiver inquiries
- Guide patients through referrals, applications, and account stewardship from first contact to final decision
- Investigate and resolve coverage issues with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
- Document case details in proprietary software while managing live calls
- Report adverse events promptly and compliantly
- Deliver empathetic, high-quality support that builds trust and ensures adherence
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Customer service/call center experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer policies, and diagnostic expense practices (preferred)
- Strong communication, mediation, and problem-solving skills
- Empathy, persistence, and flexibility in patient interactions
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and data entry
