What You’ll Do
- Process and track manufacturer copay reimbursement programs accurately.
- Monitor and validate claim submissions to ensure successful payment.
- Maintain detailed patient billing and insurance data in pharmacy software systems.
- Review and resolve claim discrepancies with internal teams.
- Respond to billing and reimbursement inquiries from patients or staff.
- Support compliance with all applicable laws and ethical standards.
- Participate in meetings and documentation efforts related to billing accuracy.
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (some college preferred).
- CPhT certification and/or pharmacy technician license (preferred).
- Experience with pharmacy claims, insurance billing, or reimbursement processes.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate respectfully across teams and meet deadlines consistently.
