Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the United States
- Standard business hours with occasional flexibility for account needs
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for accounts, patients, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely results delivery
- Resolve escalated issues with professionalism and urgency through phone and electronic communication
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA and PHI standards
What You Need
- Two-year degree or 2–5 years of related experience (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Proven customer service skills with strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Experience handling sensitive medical information (PHI/HIPAA)
- Familiarity with GSuite, Salesforce ServiceCloud, or laboratory information systems a plus
