Natera’s Oncology division is looking for a Regional Customer Support Specialist (internally titled Territory Manager I)—a skilled communicator who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments. You’ll serve as the critical link between patients, providers, and Natera’s internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from order to results.

Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (U.S.)
- Collaborates daily with sales, operations, and laboratory teams
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and sales partners
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries, documenting all interactions and resolutions
- Resolve missing or incomplete information quickly to ensure timely turnaround of results
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding delays, cancellations, or redraws
- Manage escalated calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
- Understand Natera’s oncology test menu, sample requirements, and patient data protocols
- Handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA and Natera’s privacy standards
- Take on special projects to improve operations and customer satisfaction
What You Need
- Associate degree and/or 2–5 years of related experience (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Clear, professional communication across phone, email, and written formats
- Experience in healthcare, lab services, or medical support preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (GSuite); Salesforce ServiceCloud a plus
- High emotional intelligence and composure during escalated situations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage
