Full-time | Remote (U.S.) | Monday – Friday, standard business hours
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main contact for healthcare accounts, patients, and sales partners.
- Respond quickly and professionally to internal and external inquiries.
- Resolve missing information, delays, or order issues to ensure timely test processing.
- Communicate updates, delays, or resubmissions clearly to clients.
- Manage documentation of all customer interactions and actions taken.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and rapid problem resolution.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and PHI privacy standards.
- Contribute to special projects supporting the Oncology division.
What You Need
- Associate degree and/or 2–5 years of related customer service or healthcare experience (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling sensitive patient data with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to stay composed in escalated situations and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with GSuite, Salesforce ServiceCloud, or laboratory systems preferred.
- Bilingual ability a plus.
