The Opportunity

Our Recruiting Services team, whose primary goal is to help facilitate that match by sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates for interviews, is looking for a part-time Screening Specialist to help us do just that. As a Screening Specialist, you’ll use a variety of platforms to source potential candidates from all over the country, screen them by directly engaging in individual phone interviews, and schedule qualified candidates for our clients to interview.

What You’ll Get to Do
- Work internally with the Recruiting Services team to screen and schedule hourly and management applicants
- Talk to jobseekers via phone, email and text messaging to understand their previous experience, answer questions about upcoming interviews, and provide them with exceptional customer service
- Under the guidance of Recruiting Specialists and Managers, manage hiring campaigns from inception to completion
- Work both independently and in a team environment to constantly adjust and improve the current jobseeker recruitment process
- Support other departments with various phone and email based projects, as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in Excel and Google Docs
- Exceptionally organized and proven ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent listening and assessment skills
- Quick typing & efficient notating skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence and ability to influence others
- Flexible work schedule: this is a temporary, part time position and hours available will depend on the current project workload. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, up to 25 hours/week that includes a minimum of two daytime shifts per week. Current available daytime shifts are M-F, 9:20am-12pm and 12:50pm-4:30pm; evening shifts are M-TH 4:50pm-8pm
- Hourly pay rate: $15.00/hour
