Job Description
Hyperscience is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruiting Operations Coordinator to join our Recruiting Operations & Enablement team. Reporting to our Head of Global Talent Acquisition, you will support the team throughout the full-cycle recruiting process with a strong focus on providing a world-class candidate experience.
As part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiting Operations & Enablement team is responsible for supporting recruiting efforts: referral programs and events, offers and contracts compliance, interview scheduling, data analytics and reporting, recruiting training, ATS administration, and process management.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage a high volume of interviews for a global team.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by owning candidate communication from start to finish and providing timely updates and transparency.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to run a smooth and effective hiring process and act as a thought partner by providing solutions around interview logistics.
- Maintain data hygiene across recruiting systems (Lever, Confluence, etc.).
- Assist in various projects to improve recruiting operations.
- Commitment to strong partnership and positive team working relationships across all areas of the business.
Skills/Experience
- 1+ years experience working in recruiting, client-facing, or administrative role, and the desire to learn, grow and contribute in a recruiting function.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide a world-class candidate experience.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership; you take pride and are meticulous with your work.
- Excellent organizational skills and comfort juggling different tasks, ensuring completion on time and without errors.
- Resourceful and highly adaptable with the ability to quickly digest new processes and identify opportunities to improve.
- Excellent problem-solving skills; you can practice sound judgment when facing difficult situations.
Preferred:
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, e.g. Lever or Greenhouse.
- Experience working with Executives and Executive level candidates.
- Experience with sourcing.
