As a Recruiting Coordinator and Sourcer at Fountain, you will have the opportunity to help us build a world class candidate experience. You will be the steady engine that enables us to drive our interview processes and ensures that every candidate has an amazing experience from start to finish. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to help the recruiting team source best-in-class candidates as we continue to grow. We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about great service, execution, and has a passion for building teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Scheduling all interviews and working alongside our Talent Acquisition Team to provide a strong candidate experience
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine a sourcing strategy, and executing against it
  • Utilizing social media and professional networks to identify talent. (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github)
  • Coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers to determine position requirements and interview processes
  • Measuring conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
  • Maintaining candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System), and developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Tracking candidate progress from initial call to offer stage, and communicating regarding new job opportunities
  • Helping us execute against our diversity hiring goals
  • Coordinating and attending hiring events, both internal events and external (career fairs, etc)

What you should bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting environment
  • Exposure to sourcing qualified candidates
  • Proven organizational skills, attention to detail and able to prioritize in an environment with many competing demands
  • A strong and proactive communicator, who can build cross-functional relationships across levels and teams
  • Passion for recruiting and the candidate experience
