Schedule
- Full-time, remote role within the United States
- Standard business hours with flexibility based on recruiting needs
What You’ll Do
- Own interview scheduling, candidate communications, and maintain ATS accuracy
- Coordinate interview logistics, prepare offer letters, and assist with onboarding prep
- Partner closely with Recruiting Lead and People Ops Partners on scheduling and candidate experience
- Support People Ops events like offsites, engagement surveys, and culture initiatives
- Help build a high-quality, values-aligned recruiting process that reflects ParentSquare’s mission
What You Need
- 1–2+ years of experience in People Ops, HR, or administrative coordination
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems (Rippling experience a plus)
- Strong adaptability and communication skills—both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a scaling environment
- Collaborative mindset and proven ability to foster a positive, growth-focused culture
Benefits
- Salary range: $58,000–$72,000 annually (DOE)
