What you’ll do
- Coordinate and schedule phone screens, video interviews, candidate debrief meetings, and in-person interviews (when we are back in the office)
- Manage and champion the candidate experience, ensuring every touch point is informative, supportive, and positive for the candidate
- Maintain integrity of our applicant tracking system by setting up interview plans, scheduling templates, and logging candidate progress from initial contact to offer
- Act as host ensuring candidates have a great experience
- Ensure candidates have the resources they need to be successful during the interview process
- Partner with recruiters and executive assistants on a variety of needs and initiatives as they come up (job fairs, exec interviews, interview training, etc.)
Who we’re looking for
- 1+ years experience with calendaring, including (but not limited to) previous recruiting coordination or executive assistant experience
- Very organized and detail-oriented
- Resourceful and proactive; you are able to navigate ambiguity with confidence
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with Lever or equivalent ATS experience
