What You’ll Do
- Build and execute recruiting strategies for multiple teams
- Source qualified candidates and manage full recruitment cycle
- Conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and support offer process
- Develop talent pipelines across platforms, networks, and communities
- Partner with hiring managers to refine role needs and process
- Drive branded outreach and recruitment campaigns to attract talent
What You Need
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven success sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Startup or high-volume recruiting experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and skilled in fast-moving environments
- U.S. work authorization and fluent English
