We are currently growing our internal Recruitment team. The successful candidate will participate in the full lifecycle of the recruitment, selection and hiring process for all North America offices. This position will partner directly with the hiring managers and consult with them in a timely manner to identify, assess and source candidates.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Responsible for a variety of open positions at any given time ranging in scope from support, marketing, development, managerial, director level and more
- Create professional job postings for internal and external use
- Post and renew job advertisements on various online sites and job boards
- Search various online resume databases and social media forums, including Internet Job Boards and Social Networking sites, for suitable and qualified candidates
- Review incoming resumes from various sources and assess suitability to company and open positions
- Select candidates who meet the requirements of open positions, and conduct initial pre-screen interviews in a professional manner
- Further select and recommend candidates to hiring managers for interviewing, providing detailed notes and candidate profiles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with appropriate team members and hiring managers
- Follow-up with and maintain contact with all candidates during the entire process
- Maintain accurate records on all candidates and provide ongoing recruitment status reports and updates
- Ensure the highest level of professionalism and quality in all recruitment efforts
- Work closely with HR through the selection, job offer and hire phase of the recruitment life cycle
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years recruitment experience
- Proven experience with a Software Company to recruit Information Technology roles is an asset
- Process management skills to be able to run a full cycle of recruitment starting from open requisitions to position filled
- Familiarity with social media networking sites for recruitment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effectively able to communicate with hiring manager at various levels and capacities through interpersonal savvy in order to develop a reliable working relationship with them
- A strong work ethic and perseverance and demonstrated positive and professional attitude
- Demonstrated professional maturity and ability; high level of integrity in this position of trust
- Effectively able to manage and measure work and plan accordingly
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with Workday ATS or other ATS Systems an asset
- Experience working with monday.com an asset

FLSA Designation (US Only):Exempt
Salary Range (US Only):The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $64,000.00 – $96,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.
Other Compensation (US Only):This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.

Time off (US Only):The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
