• Long-term seasonal (temporary)
• Remote (United States)
• Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (includes break)
• Pay: $13–$15/hour
What You’ll Do
⦁ Submit and manage outgoing medical records requests through the company portal
⦁ Call and email healthcare facilities and doctors’ offices to request records and follow up on status
⦁ Deliver strong customer service via phone and email while staying professional and clear
⦁ Follow policies and legal requirements to protect patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
⦁ Report customer service issues or potential HIPAA violations to your Manager/Supervisor immediately
⦁ Keep your Supervisor updated on progress, special requests, and any workflow difficulties
⦁ Support additional tasks as needed to help the team meet goals
⦁ Stay up to date on HIPAA regulations and facility-specific policies
⦁ Use Microsoft Word and Excel for backend tasks and accurate data entry
⦁ Handle challenging situations calmly and stay flexible as priorities shift
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or GED
⦁ Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
⦁ Administrative or back-office experience (healthcare preferred)
⦁ Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills
⦁ Understanding of medical records processes and HIPAA regulations
⦁ Strong organization skills to manage workload volume and meet goals
