Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote role based in Arizona
- Must be able to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
What You’ll Do
- Reconcile and analyze vendor statements
- Research purchase order to invoice (three-way match) documents
- Communicate with vendors and internal CVS teams to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure vendor accounts remain in good standing to secure payment discounts
- Apply deductive problem-solving to reconcile and remedy payment issues
What You Need
- 3+ years of accounts payable and vendor reconciliation experience
- 3+ years of intermediate Excel experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage time independently and meet strict deadlines
- Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Skills
- SAP Materials and Finance module experience
- Prior pharmaceutical industry background
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
