What You’ll Do
- Review assigned pending sales receipt submissions daily
- Maintain a high level of quality while moving quickly and consistently
- Identify discrepancies and help protect against fraudulent activity
- Keep end-user wait times under 24 hours and prevent submission/rewards backlogs
- Communicate daily in the client’s Slack channels to clarify issues and share insights
- Perform research and verification across multiple systems/windows as needed
What You Need
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to balance speed and accuracy under daily volume expectations
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort switching between multiple windows/browsers, conducting internet research, and typing 45 WPM
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
