Schedule
US work hours (20–40 hours per week).
Remote role (US-based applicants only).
Expectation: stay responsive to clients, manage multiple workstreams, and keep CRM and listing data accurate.
What You’ll Do
Manage listings, handle customer inquiries, and support transaction documentation and coordination
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects from lead sources, keeping CRM records accurate for leads, contacts, buyers, and sellers
Coordinate staging, repairs, open houses, and appointments between buyers, sellers, brokers, and agents, plus general admin support
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree or relevant business certification, plus 1+ year experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant (or similar)
Hands-on experience with CRMs and MLS tools, plus familiarity with property management software like AppFolio or Buildium
Strong written and verbal English skills (B2+), solid organization, and time management for high-volume scheduling and follow-up
