Cardinal Health is hiring a Senior Specialist in Injunctive Relief Compliance to strengthen its Quality Compliance team. This role ensures compliance with pharmacy licensing regulations, minimizes business risk, and safeguards the integrity of the supply chain—all while directly supporting patient safety and uninterrupted access to care.

What You’ll Do
- Review pharmacy customer licensing data, including prescribers, pharmacists, and technicians, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Research state Boards of Pharmacy/Medical sites to retrieve and validate missing license details.
- Perform open-source and law enforcement checks, noting disciplinary actions within the last 5 years.
- Flag potential compliance risks and document findings for internal review.
- Partner with Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Master teams to educate on state-specific licensing rules.
- Adapt quickly to changing state regulations, analyzing data such as controlled substance utilization, payment ratios, and patient distribution.
- Resolve critical licensing issues to prevent patient service disruptions.
- Develop at least one unique compliance project annually to improve processes.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
- 2–4 years of project management experience, ideally in compliance or regulatory roles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to execute action plans based on data.
- Excellent communication skills to explain compliance decisions clearly.
- Proven adaptability to shifting regulations and fast-changing priorities.
