Schedule
- Full time, remote position
- You must live in one of these states: Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina
- Core schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST
- Weekend availability preferred
- Phone and computer based role working closely with process servers and internal teams
What You’ll Do
- Provide training, coaching, and support to underperforming process servers using key performance metrics as a guide
- Create a positive, engaging experience for process servers while setting clear expectations and timelines for improvement
- Communicate directly with process servers to answer questions, resolve blockers, and clarify requirements
- Review daily reports to identify disengaged or delayed servers and proactively reach out to understand and address issues
- Hold process servers accountable for timely job attempts and quality of work to directly impact performance
- Track and communicate recurring blockers and issues to leadership for broader process improvement
- Partner with the recruiting team when additional coverage or new server support is needed
- Analyze processes and recommend improvements that support quality, efficiency, and better field performance
What You Need
- Experience training and or coaching individuals or teams
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with legal processes is a plus, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Ability to analyze processes, spot trends, and suggest practical improvements
- Comfortable working remotely with consistent follow through and strong work habits
