As a Provisioning Specialist, you’ll sit at the intersection of Operations, IT, Clients, Training, and Recruiting, making sure agents have the credentials they need and that records stay clean, accurate, and compliant. What You’ll Do
⦁ Process new hire IDs and manage offboarding in coordination with Operations, Clients, Training, Project Management, Reporting, IT, and Recruiting
⦁ Submit, track, and escalate issues related to agent client credentials to ensure timely access and resolution
⦁ Maintain accurate rosters and manage attrition tracking within Salesforce, QuickBase, and related tools
⦁ Support PHI cleanup and compliance efforts, keeping data aligned with privacy and security expectations
⦁ Provide exceptional internal “customer service” to stakeholders, focusing on responsiveness and clarity
⦁ Analyze issues quickly, identify root causes, and partner with IT and other teams to resolve them
⦁ Juggle multiple tasks, requests, and deadlines in a fast-paced, contact center–driven environment
⦁ Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports tied to provisioning, access, and attrition
What You Need
⦁ Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel
⦁ Comfort working with user settings, preferences, and common productivity tools
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team coordination
⦁ Strong organization, urgency, and attention to detail
⦁ Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
⦁ Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside IT service teams or operational stakeholders
