Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Cross-functional support across HR, IT, operations, and project teams
What You’ll Do
- Process new hire IDs and manage offboarding tasks
- Submit, track, and escalate credential requests
- Maintain accurate access rosters and attrition tracking in Salesforce and QuickBase
- Ensure compliance and cleanup involving PHI
- Coordinate with IT and operational teams to resolve access issues
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Support project work and provide excellent internal customer service
What You Need
- Advanced Windows + MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with IT support or operational teams
- Attention to detail and urgency in resolving access issues
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, QuickBase, or similar systems
- Background in call center or BPO environments
- Project management experience
