Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong relationship with onboarding providers through all means of communications both written and telephonic
- Initiate provider build within the credentialing data management system eVIPS
- Manage the electronic application process e-Apply within the credentialing data management system eVIPS
- Building of and execution of welcome packets as outlined by our payer contracts and credentialing requirements in the credentialing data management system eVIPS
- Act as a liaison for provider during the lifecycle of onboarding
- Manage assigned provider’s progress through onboarding process and proactively handle any barriers to initiate employment
- Assist in multi-departmental outreach to provider during onboarding process
- Set and perform alert actions within the credentialing data management system eVIPS
- Perform CAQH attestations every 90 days
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to interact at all organizational levels, including providers
- Process Driven
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of healthcare experience or liaison work
- Experience in eVIPS and/or other credentialing software
