- Remote, field-based role with frequent travel (up to 75%)

- Reports to: Senior Manager, Network Development
- Compensation: $87,188 – $114,434 base salary (plus annual performance bonus eligibility)
What You’ll Do
- Use demographic and network data to identify provider gaps by geography, specialty, and member needs
- Execute recruiting efforts in expansion regions based on population health needs and competitor presence
- Outreach to providers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to pitch the network and bring them on
- Assess provider capabilities, workflows, and staffing to meet access standards and quality requirements
- Develop targeted outreach strategies to attract high-quality providers in priority locations and specialties
- Track outreach activity and provider details in a CRM, keeping data accurate and current
- Guide prospective providers through the contracting/joining process
- Support process improvements to streamline workflows and improve provider experience
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of provider healthcare recruiting and contracting experience
- 1+ year in provider relations/services/recruiting with cross-functional work supporting geographic growth
