Take the lead in coordinating and maintaining provider enrollment and re-enrollment processes with commercial and government payers. As a Provider Enrollment Specialist at Infinx, you’ll ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely credentialing that supports healthcare providers in delivering care while maximizing revenue.

- Full-time, remote role
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CT
What You’ll Do
- Complete provider enrollment, credentialing, and recredentialing processes with identified payers in a timely manner
- Resolve enrollment issues by collaborating with providers, insurers, office staff, and management
- Educate providers and practice managers on credentialing requirements and compliance expectations
- Gather updated provider information from offices, licensing boards, malpractice carriers, and training programs
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in primary source verification data
- Maintain and update provider databases and spreadsheets for tracking and executive reporting
- Support new provider onboarding related to payer enrollment
- Communicate payer updates, including provider numbers, to operations teams
- Continuously seek process improvements for accuracy and efficiency
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in a physician medical practice, payer credentialing, or provider enrollment
- Familiarity with payer billing requirements, claims processing, and credentialing/enrollment regulations
- Experience with provider enrollment auditing and quality assurance
- California Medicaid enrollment experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF management tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Motivated problem-solver with solid interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare contracts preferred
