Responsibilities
- Assist providers with timely and accurate enrollment and credentialing across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
- Maintain active and up-to-date records for re-credentialing.
- Serve as liaison between providers and carriers, following up weekly to resolve issues.
- Support payer research and enrollment for expansion into new states and health plans.
- Maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and systems to ensure compliance and tracking.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with providers, internal teams, and carriers.
- Perform related tasks as assigned to support the team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Prior enrollment or credentialing experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Clear and professional communication abilities.
