Responsible for the payer enrollment and revalidation processes for clinicians of Netsmart clients.
Responsibilities
- Complete timely provider enrollment and revalidation process; monitor enrollment status and perform all follow-up actions as needed for all insurance types, including enrollment and reassignment of commercial and Medicaid/Medicare programs for all states.
- Work closely with clients and/or providers to obtain documents for enrollment
- Respond to internal and external inquiries on enrollment statuses
- Maintain provider documents, licenses, directories, files, and enrollments in all applicable locations
- Track provider license, certification, DEA and professional liability expiration dates to ensure timely renewals
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma, GED
- At least 1 year of provider enrollment experience
- Proficiency with CAQH and in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
Preferred
- Active Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification
- At least 1 year revenue cycle experience
- Experience using credentialling software
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
