If you’re the type who can keep provider files clean, chase down missing documents without getting flustered, and live inside spreadsheets without losing your mind, Acentra Health is hiring a Provider Enrollment Coordinator. This role is all about accurate data, tight follow-through, and keeping enrollment moving with payers.
About Acentra Health
Acentra Health supports better health outcomes through technology, services, and clinical expertise, with a strong focus in public-sector healthcare. Their culture leans into ownership, accountability, and getting results the right way.

- Respond quickly to questions with clear explanations of requirements and next steps
- Maintain confidential information with discretion and HIPAA compliance
- Maintain and update internal and external databases to protect the integrity of the provider file
- Hit required SLAs and productivity standards (this role will measure output)

What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years in billing, health insurance, physician practice, or equivalent operations
- 3+ years of provider enrollment experience
Preferred
- Strong knowledge of provider enrollment requirements (government programs, payers, insurance regs)
- Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet design skills
- Strong organization and prioritization (multiple enrollments at once is the norm)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Quick learner with new software and systems (you’ll be in multiple tools)
Benefits
- Health plans

Backbone note: this is not “entry level healthcare admin.” They want someone who already knows provider enrollment and can run point with minimal hand-holding. If your enrollment experience is light or indirect, your best play is to tailor your resume hard toward payer enrollment, credentialing-style workflows, provider file maintenance, and SLA-driven production.
Happy Hunting,
