Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Work hours fall between 7:00am–7:00pm local time, Monday–Friday (hours can vary periodically with advance notice)
- Paid training: approximately 7 weeks
- Remote requirement: high-speed internet (100 Mbps) and ability to follow the workplace model/telework agreement expectations
What You’ll Do
- Take inbound member and provider inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, respectfully, and accurately
- Educate customers on benefits, claims, and available resources so they can make informed decisions
- Document interactions and outcomes thoroughly while protecting confidential information
- Use multiple systems/tools to research issues, determine next steps, and guide callers to solutions
- Anticipate needs and offer proactive help, not just answers to what was asked
- Collaborate with teammates and internal departments to improve outcomes and customer experience
- Follow CVS/Aetna policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct
- Perform consistently against performance measures like customer satisfaction, first call resolution, accuracy/quality, and schedule adherence
What You Need
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Basic computer skills and comfort navigating multiple systems
- Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate calmly under pressure
- Empathy and a respectful, kind approach on every interaction
- Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment while staying accurate and organized
- High-speed internet access (100 Mbps) and a reliable setup for remote work
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Pay
- This position pays $18.50/hour
- Typical pay range listed: $17.00 – $31.30/hour (final offer varies by experience, education, and other factors)
