What You’ll Do
⦁ Actively listen, advocate for customers, and build trust through respectful, patient-focused support
⦁ Answer provider and member questions related to benefits and claims and guide them to the right resources
⦁ Research issues, resolve inquiries, and document outcomes accurately across all interactions
⦁ Anticipate needs and offer proactive solutions that improve customer satisfaction
⦁ Collaborate with teammates and other departments to address service gaps and improve outcomes
⦁ Maintain confidentiality and follow policies, procedures, and the CVS/Aetna Code of Conduct
⦁ Deliver strong performance across key measures including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, quality/accuracy, and schedule adherence

What You Need
⦁ 6+ months of customer service experience
⦁ Basic computer skills and comfort navigating tools and resources during live support
⦁ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
⦁ Strong communication skills, empathy, and a respectful, solutions-first approach
⦁ Reliable high-speed internet (100 Mbps) and willingness to work assigned hours
