- Collaborative work with licensing, credentialing, clinical, and operations teams
What You’ll Do
- Complete provider and group credentialing for commercial health plans
- Manage applications from submission through approval and contracting
- Follow up on delays or denials and proactively resolve roadblocks
- Coordinate with licensing and CAQH to ensure accurate profiles
- Maintain status visibility across cross-functional teams
- Support clinicians with credentialing questions and updates
- Improve workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy
What You Need
- 2–4 years in high-volume provider credentialing
- Strong experience with commercial payer portals and CAQH
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to navigate ambiguity and solve problems independently
- Strong prioritization skills and accountability mindset
