Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the U.S.

What You’ll Do
- Review, assess, and respond to RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and unsolicited bids.
- Coordinate, write, and edit proposal content with Account Executives, Engineers, and SMEs.
- Maintain and expand proposal templates, boilerplates, and content libraries.
- Search and evaluate public tender opportunities and lead proposal submissions.
- Contribute to competitive analysis, win strategies, and proposal process improvements.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in proposals, sales, or marketing (public/private sector experience preferred).
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical content.
- Strong MS Office skills; highly organized with ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, RFPIO, Adobe InDesign.
- Familiarity with RFP sites (MERX, Ariba, Bonfire, etc.).
- Additional written or spoken languages.
