Schedule

- Occasional extended hours during critical proposal cycles
What You’ll Do
- Write and edit RFx responses, proposals, past performance, case studies, white papers, capability statements, and marketing collateral
- Interview SMEs and transform technical input into clear, persuasive narratives
- Draft from bullet points and technical discussions; format and finalize in Microsoft Word (styles, templates, tables, cross-references)
- Create high-level visuals of solution designs and maintain boilerplate libraries
- Contribute in proposal meetings; respond quickly to time-sensitive BD needs; take and apply feedback constructively
What You Need
- Bachelor’s in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years writing Federal/SLED government proposals
- Advanced Microsoft Word proficiency; working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe suites
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-reliable; strong ownership mentality
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to self-review for clarity and impact
- Calm under pressure; adapts to changing priorities and manages multiple assignments
- Baseline understanding of call center operations
- Curiosity about emerging tech (Cloud, AI Assistants, Bots, Conversational AI)
