Property Manager – Competitive salary

Responsibilities:
•Property Oversight: Manage the overall performance of assigned properties within our national portfolio.
•Monitoring and Analysis: Utilize provided dashboards to monitor property conversions, leasing progress, work orders, renewals, terminations, and other key metrics. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
•Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that owner and tenant expectations are met by maintaining high standards of customer service. Address concerns promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships.
•Issue Resolution: Act swiftly to resolve concerns and eliminate roadblocks that may hinder property performance or customer satisfaction.
•Collaboration: Work closely with the Property Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations and consistent service delivery across properties.
•Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist in presenting performance updates as required.
Qualifications:
•Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property management or a related field.
•Knowledge: Familiarity with property management software and tools. Understanding of leasing, work order management, and tenant relations.
•Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with property owners, tenants, and team members.
•Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues and implement effective solutions.
•Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple properties simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
