Schedule
- Full-time, remote across the U.S.
- Average work week under 40 hours

Responsibilities
- Support project managers by tracking and organizing client deliverables (print, digital, web, campaigns, etc.)
- Learn and master Thinkso’s project management systems and workflow protocols
- Manage small-scale projects and accounts with oversight
- Maintain files, project timelines, and client communication updates
- Assist with internal firm operations and marketing as needed
Requirements
- Entry-level or up to 2 years of professional experience
- Logical, linear thinker with eagerness to learn
- Proficiency with Mac, Google Docs, and major social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with a proactive, “never-let-it-fail” attitude
- Alignment with Thinkso’s core values
- Comfortable thriving in a remote work environment
Compensation
- Fixed salary: $62,400 (non-negotiable, with bonus potential)
