VisionPoint Marketing is seeking a talented and creative Production Copywriter to join our team. At VisionPoint, Production Copywriters work alongside other writers, teams of strategists, and others in an environment that thrives on collaboration, yet expects accountability and ownership. Attention to detail and ability to uphold and deliver work at the highest quality standards is essential. The Production Copywriter assists the Creative Team in producing content for various types of marketing campaigns, including search ads, social ads, etc. The Production Copywriter is not responsible for the creation of campaign concepts, but they are responsible for helping extend these concepts deeper into the work we do via the copy they write.


  • Create engaging copy for use across a multitude of ad platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and other marketing and communication tactics like social media, emails, and so on.
  • Review and understand client specifications to craft copy that is on brand and in line with the overarching creative approach for any given campaign.
  • Craft copy that adheres to the campaign concept, and also addresses different audiences.
  • Receive feedback and incorporate it to grow and improve in your craft.
  • Effectively balance multiple diverse projects.
  • Work independently on projects as well as collaborate with others in the creative department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a harmonious relationship between copywriting and execution.
  • Complete the administrative aspects of the job, including but not limited to: accurately logging hours, being prompt and prepared for meetings, etc.
  • Be a self-starter, be more than willing to help others and contribute to things that may fall outside of your official job description.
  • Stay up-to-date with new software/tools and industry developments.


The ideal candidate would possess the following skills, interest and experience:

  • An strong body of work demonstrated in an online portfolio.
  • B.S./B.A./B.F.A. in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Ideally 1-2 years as a Production Copywriter, or work in a related field, but we won’t throw out a strong portfolio if this range does not apply.
  • Ability to write with the end user or target audience in mind.
  • Strong organizational skills with an incredible attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Strong skills with relevant tools and apps.
  • Actively contributes to VisionPoint’s culture.
