- Phone, email, chat, and ticketing system support (Tier 1)
What You’ll Do
- Field Tier 1 inquiries via phone, email, chat, and tickets across multiple products
- Troubleshoot SaaS issues and implement practical, customer-ready solutions
- Identify, document, and escalate bugs to engineering as needed
- Contribute articles to FAQs/Help Center and internal documentation
- Own cases end-to-end with clear updates and timely follow-through
- Collaborate with Support, Product, Success, and Engineering to improve processes
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven SaaS troubleshooting chops; strong product intuition and judgment
- Experience in high-volume support or customer service (B2B a plus)
- Fast learner with solid research, analysis, and technical writing skills
- Clear, concise communicator who can prioritize and multi-task under pressure
- Growth mindset; calm, empathetic problem-solver
- Nice to have: startup support background, Zendesk, or green-industry familiarity
