What You’ll Do
⦁ Partner with the Director of Product Portfolio Management to evaluate investments, ROI, and product lifecycle stages
⦁ Build and maintain portfolio maps connecting investment levels, strategic priorities, and business value
⦁ Contribute to executive-level portfolio reviews and investment trade-off discussions
⦁ Maintain and refine the innovation pipeline with Product Ops and Product Line Leaders
⦁ Conduct competitive scans, market research, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities
⦁ Provide data-driven recommendations for new product ideas, integrations, or innovation bets
⦁ Coordinate PM capacity planning and workload visibility across product teams
⦁ Support product manager training programs that promote consistency and professional development
⦁ Work cross-functionally with Product Analysts, PMs, UX, Engineering, and Commercialization to align portfolio goals
⦁ Translate insights into clear narratives that help stakeholders connect metrics to strategy

What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product, Marketing, or related field; MBA strongly preferred
⦁ 5+ years of experience in product management, portfolio strategy, business operations, or related roles
⦁ Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or insurtech
⦁ Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating ROI, investments, and lifecycle stages
⦁ Familiarity with innovation pipelines and product lifecycle management
⦁ Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially for executive audiences
⦁ Ability to connect product performance metrics to business outcomes
⦁ Experience working in Agile teams using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
⦁ Strength in visual communication (PowerPoint, Figma, Power BI preferred)
⦁ Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and drive strategic initiatives
